Art Theory Mind Map
The Art Theory Mind Map is my attempt at linking all schools of thought through art. Modern conceptual art demands a diversity of knowledge and understanding from artists, curators, and viewers. Although this mapping is only my personal perception it may give many a brief glimpse into the ever growing complexity of modern information theory as it relates to visual arts.
About my art Mind Map
This new mind map is an extension of the Art Theory mind map project. The intentions of this project are to develop a neural network which, attempts to relate my body of work within a critical discourse. The various ideas my art works through are Cybernetics, Mind / Body Duality, Implications of Technology, and Social Activism / Interactivity. By Social Activism I mean a proactive art which invites and engages a viewer into participating in the work through various interfaces.
